The Lodzer Centre Congregation is a fully egalitarian Conservative synagogue, embracing the participation of all members in all aspects of synagogue life. Located in the Bathurst and Sheppard “Manor” neighbourhood, The Lodzer is a warm and inviting place, with programming skewed to adults. The bimah features Rabbi Eli Courante and Cantor David Young with Torah layning by Arlene Moshe and Haftorah layning by Philip Drash. The Lodzer was formed in the 1950’s by Holocaust survivors from Lodz. Poland.
